I’ve heard this so many times. Screen Shot or it didn’t happen. Our world is one of instants; instant coffee, instant evidence, instant replay. You can tell instantly if the Ref is unfairly calling penalties on our favorite hockey team through the wonders of technology.
We live in a callous suspicious world. This means we don’t instantly believe in the tales of others unless there is provable evidence. There is no such thing as the Fish Story when the fish can be proven to be much smaller then any tale of it's grandeur, in triplicate. It truly leads me to fear for this world of the future where exaggeration and indulgence are forgotten by the way side.
Where am I going with this? I don’t even know. I guess I just respect things that bring our attention to the oddity that this our World. People like Banksy – I’m not sure if Banksy is a team of people or just one courageous soul. Either way he is definitely interesting and captivating with out being instant.
